1. Make your tea.

Using ¾ cup of boiling water, steep your green tea bags for 5 to 10 minutes. When finished, remove the bags then allow the tea to cool at room temperature. Place tea in the fridge and chill for at least one hour.

2. Make your syrup.

In a small pot, heat 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of water over medium heat. Allow the sugar to dissolve, stirring occasionally. Once dissolved, remove from heat and allow to cool at room temperature.

3. Make your boba.

Using the small pot, bring water to a boil. When boiling, add the black tapioca pearls. Once the pearls begin to float, approximately 15 to 20 seconds later, slightly reduce the heat and allow them to simmer. After 5 to 10 minutes remove from heat and strain the boba. Run under cold water to cool.

4. Add boba to syrup.

Stir boba into 1-2 teaspoons of the simple syrup. Ensure the bobas are completely coated.

5. Combine all ingredients.

Stir the green tea, milk, and mango juice together in a glass. Add the simple syrup, boba, and ice then drink and enjoy.
